How to Subscribe to Your Paddock Calendar

Your Paddock calendar feed keeps your events in sync automatically. Any app that supports webcal or iCalendar subscriptions will work — your events stay up to date without any manual imports.

iPhone & Apple Calendar

  1. 1In Paddock Settings › Calendar, tap "Copy" next to your feed URL.
  2. 2Open the Settings app on your iPhone, scroll down to Calendar, then tap Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
  3. 3Paste the URL and tap Next.
  4. 4Give it a name like "Paddock" and tap Save.
  5. 5Open the Calendar app — your events will appear and stay up to date automatically.

On a Mac, go to Calendar → File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the URL, and click Subscribe.

Google Calendar (desktop)

  1. 1In Paddock Settings › Calendar, tap "Copy" next to your feed URL.
  2. 2Open Google Calendar at calendar.google.com on your computer.
  3. 3On the left, click the + next to "Other calendars", then "From URL".
  4. 4Paste the URL and click "Add calendar".
  5. 5Your events will appear — Google Calendar syncs roughly once a day.

On Android, tap "Add to Calendar" on any event page — it opens directly in the Google Calendar app with one tap to save. For a full subscription (all events at once), use the desktop website (calendar.google.com) with the webcal URL from Settings › Calendar.

Outlook (desktop app)

  1. 1In Paddock Settings › Calendar, copy your feed URL.
  2. 2In Outlook, go to File → Account Settings → Account Settings.
  3. 3Click the "Internet Calendars" tab, then "New".
  4. 4Paste the URL and click Add.
  5. 5Give it a name (e.g. "Paddock Events") and click OK.
  6. 6Your events will appear in the calendar pane.

Outlook on the web (outlook.com / Microsoft 365)

  1. 1In Paddock Settings › Calendar, copy your feed URL.
  2. 2Open Outlook Web and go to the Calendar section.
  3. 3Click "Add calendar" in the left panel.
  4. 4Select "Subscribe from web".
  5. 5Paste the URL, name it "Paddock Events", and click Import.

Events not showing up?

  • Most calendar apps sync once a day — give it up to 24 hours after RSVPing.
  • Make sure you subscribed using the webcal:// URL (not the https:// download link).
  • If you regenerated your URL in Settings › Calendar, you'll need to re-subscribe with the new URL.
  • The feed only includes events you've marked as Attending or Maybe.
