Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Paddock platform for discovering and organising car culture events. By registering or using Paddock you agree to these terms.
2. Platform Role
Paddock is an information and intermediary platform. We connect event organisers with attendees but are not a party to any contract between them. Paddock does not organise, host, or operate any of the events listed on the platform.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Paddock does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information published on the platform. Organisers are solely responsible for the correctness of their event details. Always verify event information directly with the organiser before making plans or purchases.
4. User Content & Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for any content they post, upload, or otherwise contribute to the platform, including event descriptions, images, and comments. By submitting content you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so and that the content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Copyright
You may only upload content for which you hold the necessary rights. Do not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrighted images, music, or text. Paddock reserves the right to remove infringing content and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright.
6. Content Moderation
Paddock reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms, applicable law, or our community standards — without prior notice and at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, infringing content, spam, and misleading event information.
7. Event Tickets
Ticket sales on Paddock are processed via Stripe. Paddock acts as a technology provider and retains a small platform fee per transaction. The organiser receives the remaining amount directly. By purchasing a ticket you enter into a contract with the event organiser, not with Paddock.
8. Refunds
Refund requests must be directed to the event organiser. Because ticket revenue is transferred directly to the organiser at the time of purchase, Paddock does not process refunds from its own funds and is not liable for refunds that are not issued by the organiser. Organisers are solely responsible for handling any refund or cancellation claims in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
9. Liability
Paddock provides the platform infrastructure and is not responsible for the accuracy of event information, the conduct of organisers, or the quality of events. Any claims arising from ticket purchases must be directed to the respective organiser.
