Paddock is a platform for the car culture community. We take intellectual property rights seriously and respond quickly to valid takedown requests.
Our Copyright Policy
Users may only upload content for which they hold the necessary rights. Uploading photos, logos, flyers, music, or any other material that belongs to someone else without permission is a violation of our Terms of Service and may also be illegal. Paddock reserves the right to remove infringing content and to suspend or terminate repeat infringer accounts.
How to Report Infringing Content
If you believe content on Paddock infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you can:
- Use the 'Report' button that appears on photos and events directly on the platform.
- Send a written takedown notice to our designated contact address below.
Written Takedown Notice (DMCA / NetzDG)
To file a formal takedown notice, please send an email containing the following information:
- Your full name and contact details (address, email, phone).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) or other means of identifying the infringing content on Paddock.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

Our Response
We aim to acknowledge all takedown requests within 24 hours and to remove or disable access to clearly infringing content within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice. We will also notify the uploader of the removal.
Counter-Notice
If content you uploaded has been removed in response to a takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Please include your contact details, a description of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
